وَ قُل رَّبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا

And say: "My Lord! Increase me in knowledge"

 {Surat Taha 20:114}

Who We Are:

We are Markazul Ilm LiNisaa wa Banaat. The Knowledge Center for Women and Girls; teaching Arabic, Quran and Islamic Studies, cultivating the religious growth of the Muslimaat (Muslim females) by way of the Quran and Sunnah.

We are owned, operated, administrated by and staffed with women. Our facility is online which enables the muslimaat to learn from the confines of her home. Both of these factors contribute to a halal environment completely devoid of intermingling with men.

We support the efforts of our brothers and sisters upon salafiyyah, spreading the dawah and disseminating knowledge. We are here and focused on contributing to those efforts, while offering the muslimaat pure Islamic education. We are under the supervision of Shaykh Ma'mar Al Qadsi Al Yemeni ( ابو الفداء معمر بن عبد الجليل القدسي ) the Imam of Masjid Ash Sharqin in Sanna, Yemen (May Allah preserve him).

Our Vision:

Our vision is to cultivate the Islamic community by providing a sound Islamic education to women and girls in a halal environment completely devoid of intermingling with men.

We seek to provide our students with the best possible foundation by way of good example, a comprehensive and balanced Islamic education, enabling them to move forward implementing, calling to and teaching fundamentals of the religion which contributes to the cultivation of the Islamic community.

A striving Muslimah pursues her goals by balancing both her faith and worldly endeavors. Her behavior embodies and reflects Islamic morals and values. Seeking knowledge is one of the highest priorities, and maintaining its ambitions is its prerequisite. In Islam, Faith and Action both work hand in hand to lead the Muslim(s) toward increasing in eeman, birr and taqwa. (Correct) Islamic knowledge assists the Muslim in making sound individual life choices in accordance to the Quran and Sunnah, obtaining the skills needed to educate their own families and bi'ithnillah achieving Jannah.

Abud-Darda (رضي الله عنه) reported:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who follows a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make the path of Jannah easy to him. The angels lower their wings over the seeker of knowledge, being pleased with what he does. The inhabitants of the heavens and the earth and even the fish in the depth of the oceans seek forgiveness for him. The superiority of the learned man over the devout worshipper is like that of the full moon to the rest of the stars (i.e., in brightness). The learned are the heirs of the Prophets who bequeath neither dinar nor dirham but only that of knowledge; and he who acquires it, has in fact acquired an abundant portion."

[Abu Dawud and At- Tirmidhi].‏

Our Mission:

We aim to inspire an appreciation of Islamic values, morals and manners by teaching the religion and its principles in its proper form.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who calls others to follow the Right Guidance will have a reward equal to the reward of those who follow him, without their reward being diminished in any respect on that account."

[Muslim].

Therefore our Intent here at Markazul Ilm LiNisaa wa Banaat, is to disseminate Islamic knowledge and to provide support to any Muslim women or girl who seeks to increase in the knowledge of Islam and the Arabic language.

Ibn Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "May Allah freshen the affairs of a person who hears something from us and communicates it to others exactly as he has heard it (i.e., both the meaning and the words), for it may be that the recipient of knowledge understands it better than the one who has heard it."

[At-Tirmidhi].

MI4NB commits itself to developing Islamic values in our students, those same values that will define a Muslimah of Honesty, Compassion, respect for herself and others by simply accommodating them with a high standard of Islamic Education and Cultivation

Mu'awiyah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When Allah wishes good for someone, He bestows upon him the understanding of Deen."

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
